| This road trip was decided the day before Scrapin' the Coast '09 at the RNR Customs stop in Gulfport, MS. Once it came to be that we would be ending the '09 RNR Customs Tour the Saturday after SEMA at the RNR Custom Wheels store in Vegas, we had to figure how to get our booth and everything to the location. After figuring out the shipping price to get all of our stuff out there, plus the price it cost to ship 5000 magazines to the SEMA Show for the magazine bin program, it only made sense that we could drive everything out instead of ship it all. Not to mention, I have been wanting to take this cross country trip for quite some time now. So we figured on who would be riding and who would be flying. It came down to me (Glenn), my wife Susan and long time West Coast friend and DropJaw co-worker, Rod. Seeing as how he is originally from right outside of LA, we figured he would double as a good tour guide too. So that is how it came to be and everyday listed below will explain what we have done throughout our trip. |
